OZZIE PIPELINER products are both stock and pre-orders. Please check product description to see if the item you are purchasing is a pre-order. It may take up to 14 days before custom products are dispatched.

We deliver to most locations within Australia. For international orders please send us an email for a quote on shipping.

If there is any reason for the delay on your purchased goods you will be notified via email. Please allow 3-6 business days Australia wide. Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. All orders will be delivered by AUS POST. If you have not received your product/s within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking number, please contact us directly to investigate. If we are notified after this 2-week period, then no refunds (if required) can be applied.
