RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If there are any damages, defects or design faults to your purchased goods please contact OZZIEPIPELINER directly via email, and we will assess the goods and get back to you promptly with a response. Please ensure that you attach photos and description of the defects to your goods, so that our team can assess and decide as to whether it requires replacement. Any products returned to us will be at your expense and no refunds will be made for shipping.
Ensure that you are vigilant when providing the personal details that we will use to place onto your purchased goods. If you have made a mistake whilst ordering, please notify us ASAP via email to make the changes. This must be done before the items have been order through our product designer. If your order has been dispatched before you have notified us of any changes that need to be made no refunds will be made.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email. Cancellations will only be valid if your personalised goods have not yet been designed. We hope you understand that we will receive a high volume of personalised orders and each one done in the order of when received. Not cancelling your order in time can potentially push back other orders. Therefore, we have a no refund policy when it comes to personalised designs.
